As a new type of feeding equipment, NC feeder adopts servo motor + PLC + touch screen to form a high-precision control system, which greatly improves the stamping feeding accuracy (usually up to ±0.02mm), simplifying the adjustment and use process (touch screen simple input) It can greatly expand the scope of use, improve production efficiency and safety factor throughout the production process, and is the most ideal choice for efficient production.
The NC feeder consists of two parts: the feeding main body and the electric control box. The feeding main body is fixed on the side table of the punching machine by the mounting plate, and the feeding screw height is adjusted by the adjusting screw to match the characteristics of the mold production process, wherein the feeding body is equipped with the feeding end. There is a support rack, and two hoisting type retaining wheels are symmetrically arranged thereon to limit the material.
