Metal coils such as aluminum and steel are required to be leveled before being processed by stamping or the like. The core of the leveler is the leveling component, which usually includes the upper and lower seats.
And two rows of flattening rollers are respectively arranged on the upper seat and the lower seat, and the upper seat is usually suspended above the lower seat by using a cylinder, a spring or other device.
The gap between the upper and lower seats is adjusted by the adjusting device, that is, the gap between the upper roller and the lower roller is changed.
During work, the flattened sheet will be passed between the upper and lower rollers, and the sheet will be rolled by the upper and lower rollers to achieve material leveling.
The two-stage leveling machine can achieve better leveling effect and higher leveling efficiency in use, and it is very convenient to feed, disassemble and maintain, ensuring the smoothness of stamping production and the dimensional accuracy of stamping products, especially suitable for Leveling of 0.1-0.6mm metal thin material.
