The measuring pointer of the dial indicator is kept in contact with the upper connecting plate of the inner seat body, and two pressing screws are further disposed on the upper connecting plate of the outer seat body, and the pressing force is pressed after the material enters the leveling device to adjust the leveling The tightening screw can give a certain pressure to the upper and lower flat wheels.
In the rack, the inlet and outlet guide plates are arranged at two sides of the leveling device to ensure that the in-and-out material does not have displacement deviation, and the feeding wheel assembly is arranged at the feeding device of the leveling device.
In order to enter the leveling device, in order to ensure the lubrication effect of the upper and lower flattening wheels and prolong the service life of the equipment, a self-circulating lubrication device for upper and lower flattening wheels and lubrication is arranged on the frame.
